Perform two to three sets of 15 repetitions.

To perform, go to the standing position with your feet hip-width apart. Take a huge step backward with your right leg and cross it behind your left. Slowly bend your knees and lower your hips until your left thigh is close to being parallel to the ground. In the process, make sure that your shoulders and hips are as square as possible and your torso is upright.  Return to starting position and perform the workout to your opposite leg. Try to perform three sets of 10 to 15 repetitions.
